Like shipping to different states, shipping to different countries have rules & regulations that must be followed. One of the best options that we have found for sending wine outside of the United States is GiftBasketsOverseas.com.

Gift Baskets Overseas is a great choice for sending wine gifts to Canada. You can search by where you are sending the gift, the occasion, or who you are sending the gift to. Prices can be shown in just about any currency. Use the dropdown to select either Wine Gift Baskets or Wine Gift Sets.
Wine Gift Sets tend to be almost completely wine (like the Ultimate Wine Collection of 3 bottles of red and 3 bottles of white) or wine paired with something simple like a box of chocolates or cheese. One gift set features a bottle of red, a bottle of white, and a bottle of sparkling wine. Prices start around $100 USD.
The Wine Gift Baskets category is a little bit bigger, which you would expect from a gift basket company. Prices also start around $100 USD. Choose from picnic baskets, spa baskets, or even gourmet food baskets. There is a nice assortment that should allow you to find something for just about any recipient in any price range.
If you are set on an actual wine club, here are some companies we found that we don't have personal experience with but might work for you.
My Wine Canda
Although known for a place to buy single bottles and packs of wine, you can also join the wine club at My Wine Canada. They have both a self-subscription and a gift option. They are curated by experts and feature a different Canadian winery each month.
AmazingClubs.ca
AmazingClubs.ca has a wine club that ship to Ontario, Canada. You can choose to receive monthly or every-other month shipments for 3, 6, or 12 months or a Wine-of-the-Season Club which is a quarterly delivery.
If you're getting frustrated trying to find a wine club that can ship to you, we feel your pain. Even here in the States there are limitations. If you're in Ontario, you have a few affordable options for wine ship memberships. Otherwise, check with your local winery or retail wine shop to see if they have a club.
