I have to admit that I almost didn't even click on the link when I saw that a site with “beer” in the name was advertising wine advent calendars. But they really got my attention when I saw “Sparkling Wine Advent Calendar” so I had to check it out! Here's what I found on GiveThemBeer.com!
What is an Alcohol Advent Calendar?
The name pretty much says it all, but if you haven't heard of them, alcohol advent calendars are generally a set of either 12 or 24 small bottles or cans that are meant to be revealed one day at a time in December. Advent calendars are HUGE these days, with just about every variety you can think of.
I've only ever tried wine advent calendars before, but I was excited to see all of the options at GiveThemBeer!

This is where it gets really fun. Not only do they have a lot of general different alcohol types, but they have very specific types of some of them! Normally, I would go straight to the wine calendars. But I have to admit that for $79, the Canned Cocktails Advent Calendar has my attention! They haven't released what exactly will be in it this year, but they promise a “curated selection of popular brands… as well as up-and-coming brands. From classic vodka sodas to refreshing tequila cocktails.” At the lowest price point ($59), the Hard Seltzer Advent Calendar also promised a mix of popular brands (Truly, Vizzy, White Claw) as well as “hidden gems” from craft breweries across the country. This could be fun as well, especially for the price.
