Halloween Wine Accessories

If you had asked me last year how to incorporate wine into a Halloween party, I would have been pretty lost except to say that wine belongs at any party. This year, however, I have come across some really cool wine accessories that you can use for Halloween specifically or even throughout the fall. Here are a few of my favorite Halloween wine accesories from Amazon:

Halloween Wine Bottle StickersHalloween Wine Bottle Stickers: Nothing sets the mood at the buffet table like “Zombie Virus,” Rat Poison,” and “Embalming Juice.” Get a set of 8 bottle stickers for less than $6 (shipped free through Amazon Prime). Use them on any wine, champagne, or even non-alcoholic wine bottle to set a fun table that will have your guests guessing what they are drinking. It's an inexpensive way to turn your regular wine bottles into something fun and freaky.

Halloween Wine Glass CharmsHalloween Wine Charms: Add a little festivity to your regular wine glasses with a set of beaded wine glass charms. With a few different sets to choose from, you can usually get 6 for around $13. Some of my favorites are the ghosts, bats, and pumpkins. Wine charms not only dress up your regular wine glasses but give your guests a way to be able to remember which wine glasses are theirs when they put them down and go dance the “Monster Mash.”

Wine Glass Markers: What do you do if you have stemless wine glasses? You use wine glass markers with suction cups! The ones I love most are the Vacu Vin Glass Markers Halloween Wine Glass Markersavailable in “Creepy Creatures.” You get 12 spooky silicone markers for about $6. A small suction cup holds each marker onto any smooth surface. One of the greatest things about these is that even guests who are not drinking wine can get into the fun when they attach them to the glasses of whatever they are drinking. Like the wine charms, they will help guests keep their glasses straight without having to resort to writing on them with Sharpies.

Halloween Wine Glasses: The ultimate accessory for wine on Halloween is a Halloween wine glass. These come in many different shapes and sizes–some hand-painted. They vary in price greatly as well from as low as $20 to upwards of $60.Halloween Wine Glasses

If nothing else, you should incorporate a recipe for Halloween wine into your party. My newest favorite is one that I found on Pinterest for Honeycrisp Apple Sangria. Nothing says “fall” like Honeycrisp apples, and sangria is always a crowd-pleaser, even for those who do not love wine. Another recipe I found on Squidoo that would be perfect is Black Sangria Halloween Punch. Both are easy to make and will help convince your guests that wine and Halloween do, indeed, go together.
