WSJ Wine Club from The Wall Street Journal has two different offers
So what’s the difference? Let’s compare them:
|Feature||12-Bottle Offer||15-Bottle Offer|
|Bottles of Wine||12||15|
|Types of Wine||Red
|Initial Cost / Bottle||$5.83||$4.67|
|Free gift||Lever-action corkscrew set||None|
|Ongoing cost / bottle||$12.50||$12.50|
Personally, I’m not a fan of fancy corkscrews and prefer a simple waiters key (see How to open a wine bottle with a “waiter’s key”) and therefore I’d choose the 15 bottle offer, but if you were giving this as a gift, the corkscrew may be a welcome addition to the package.
